We are seeking skilled and dependable Repair Technicians/Tradesmen to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing issues, performing high-quality repairs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in hands-on technical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations according to company standards
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding repair status
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Ensure all job sites are clean, safe, and compliant with regulations
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in repair, trades, construction, or technical service
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and work in a variety of environments
- Certifications or trade licenses (preferred but not required)
